Legal
Cookie policy.
au.topiqnow.com does not set any cookies. One item is saved in your browser's local storage so the age check does not reappear on every page — that is the whole of it.

Storage
1. Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device and sends back to its server with every request. Local storage is a similar store, except the data never leaves your browser unless the page's own code sends it somewhere.
This site sets no cookies. It writes a single local storage entry, and that entry is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
2. What is stored
| Name | What it does | Where | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| tqn_age_ok | Remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or over | Local storage | 30 days | Functional |
3. What we do not use
There is none of the following on this site:
- Analytics of any kind, including Google Analytics
- Advertising, retargeting or conversion-tracking pixels
- Social media embeds or share buttons
- Session recording, heatmaps or A/B testing tools
- Fingerprinting or cross-site tracking of any sort
Because nothing here needs consent — the one stored item is strictly functional and only written after you click the age confirmation yourself — this site has no cookie banner. If that ever changes, a consent notice will appear before anything new is stored, and this page will be updated first.
4. Links to operators
Links to TopiqNow's advertising partner carry campaign tags in the URL so the operator can attribute the visit. Those tags are part of the link, not something stored on your device. Once you land on the operator's own site you are covered by their cookie and privacy policies, not ours.
5. Removing it
Clearing site data for au.topiqnow.com removes the stored entry. Every browser keeps this in roughly the same place:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data
Private or incognito windows discard it when you close them. In either case the age check will appear again on your next visit, which is the only effect removing it has.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is the one on this page, with the date at the top.
7. Contact
Questions go to [email protected] or through the contact page. See also our privacy policy, which covers the server logs kept when you request a page.
