This policy is written to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and we handle personal information in line with them.
3. Age
This site is for people aged 18 and over, in line with Australian gambling law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to operators.
6. Storage outside Australia
Some of this data sits on servers outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).
7. Automated decisions
We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on anyone.
8. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act you can:
- Ask for access to the personal information we hold (APP 12)
- Ask us to correct it (APP 13)
- Complain about how we have handled it
